Departments

The Institute has following common departments for all admitted students.

Physics Department:-
Imparts theoretical knowledge of basic concepts of physics. Also has labs for experiment and hands-on practice to the students, presently Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh is in charge of this department.

Chemistry Department:-
This is common to all courses and imparts theoretical knowledge of basic chemical sciences with hands-on practical for identification and analysis of acidic and basic compounds. Presently this department is looked after by guest faculty.

Mathematics Department:-
This department is looked after by Mr. Chandrashekhar, the objective of this to impart basic concept of mathematics which is essential for an understanding of the higher concept in respective fields of specialization.

English Department:-
This is to impart communication skills to the student in order to enhance their speaking power. In this foundation and functional communication, subjects are taught Currently this department is managed by guest faculty.

Chemical Engineering Department:-

In this department, various aspects and units such as Mechanicals Operation, Solid Handling, Heat Transfer Operation, Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Instrumentation and Automatic Process Control are taught. In addition to that students are also taught pollution control and environmental Issues, various acts related to them and industrial safety. Department also imparts hands an practice to students by respective experiments. Presently this department is looked after by MR. A.K. Sharma HOD Chemical Engineering.

Civil engineering Department:-
In this stream of diploma students are taught about Building Materials, Public Health Engineering, Design of Reinforced Concrete Structure, Irrigation Engineering, Design of Still Structure, Building Construction, and Maintenance Engineering which is of Utmost importance to the students of civil engineering. This department is managed by Mr. Dharmpal Singh, Lecturer in Civil Engineering. Also, appropriate experiments are conducted for practical knowledge of student of civil engineering.

Training and Placement Cell:-
This unit of the Institute is looking after Industry. Institute interaction, training needs to students during their courses and their placement in respective Industries. This cell is managed by Mr. Kshitiz Kumar Gupta, Lecturer in Printing Technology.
